Building Forms

Login to the Content Management System: http://foresthills.edu/login.aspx
Select School Building Management.
Select your school.


To add links to downloadable files to the Downloads section of the website, click Building Forms under the Actions / Activities menu.

At the Building Forms Management window,
  • click Add Form Category
  • Type a name for the category
  • click save (to continue adding more categories) or save & close (to return to the Building Forms Management window.

At the Building Forms Management window,
  • click Add New Form
  • type a Form Name:
  • type a Description
  • Browse to locate the File
  • Choose a Placement category for the file
  • save & close
(When you save, the CMS uploads the page from your computer to the SchoolPointe webserver.)

At the Building Forms Management window,
Click the up / down arrows next to each form to control the order in which it appears on the Downloads page.
The Building Forms Management page reloads with every change. Be patient.

Category names and downloaded Forms can be edited or deleted.
